Collaboration E-Course

The past year of the COVID pandemic crisis has highlighted how essential school librarians are in making connections with resources and curriculum and collaborating with learners, fellow educators, and the community. Join me to take a deeper dive into the Collaborate Shared Foundation.

During this 4-week class we will look at creating a culture of collaboration in your school library through curriculum, connections, and space. We will explore resources, engage in brainstorming routines, and integrate the Collaborate Shared Foundation in your school library.

Over the four weeks of the ecourse you will:

  • Explore brainstorming routines to use with fellow educators to collaborate on curriculum
  • Take an existing lesson or project and integrate deeper collaboration connections with learners
  • Design a physical or virtual collaborative school library space

The class starts March 1 and runs through March 26. We will collaborate on Google Classroom and will meet over Google Meet on Wednesdays at 7 pm Central time. I hope you’ll join us!
